New Year's Resolutions

Wow! I can't believe that 2012 is about to end. As I write this article, I feel a burst of confidence coming to me. Many, at this moment, are preparing for the coming year. Traditionally, a New Year's resolution is made and goals are set to make the coming year a better one than the past. I made many of those before. One thing I learned is that without "commitment" those resolutions are just that... resolutions. This morning, I feel a second wind hit my spirit. I am not making many new year resolutions any more. I am setting my eyes on one thing alone, that which is the most important, my relationship with my "Father God". I know that if I seek His will, all of the things I want and need will be added to me. So, I am excited for 2013. Here I am, nothing can stop me from pursuing God, my Father. Umstoppable, Jimmy

Hey everyone! Trust that you are all in good health even as your soul is prospering. I am writing you to let you know that I have created another blog about my adventures specially in my travels. The best Ramen in Kagawa-ken, Japan My blog for this is called "Jimmy: Life Is An Adventure" . If you have time, I would appreciate your visit. There is a growing desire in heart to discover more of my potential. People of my age usually are thinking of retiring. But me, I am thinking of re-firing my life. I believe I am just starting. Privileged to be a blessing to our Interns at Kagawa-ken, Japan One of my heroes or model, as far as reaching my peak is concerned, is Col. Sanders, the original owner of KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). If you have read his story, he started KFC at the age of 66. Wow, I am younger that age and I know I can make it too. My best days are ahead of me and so are you. Jimmy

Travel Makes Me Go On

I am privilege to travel every now and then. The last one was being away for twelve (12) days. It was going to four (4) cities in beautiful Japan. Twelve long days away from home and my wife makes it even challenging. Coupled with this is the travel by Shinkansen or bullet train from one major city like Tokyo to Nagoya and down to Kobe. In addition to this is the checking in and out of hotels in those cities. Quite tiring I can tell you. But the motion involve in all these is what makes my adrenalin rise.  It is a good thing that you can now see and hear an English version of the Nihonggo announcements in the transportation system of Japan. This takes a lot of tension away from a guy like in the midst of a complicated railroad system of Japan. I want to say that traveling makes me young and energetic. So, I look forward to more travels to include one to the US of A and to canada. What more can I say? I am unstoppable, Jimmy

Buy the world a Coke

I can't help but be emotional about this ad that google did for Coke. Imagine bringing the Coca Cola ad: "Hilltop" that came first in 1971 to life in our modern day. Harvey saw the reality of his idea to "but the world a coke" with the help of Google! This made me realize that life is a series of discovery and never stops. I know I still have a lot of opportunities, good and better opportunities ahead of me. My life is always beginning. Unstoppable, Jimmy You too can be unstoppable!

I Am Going On

Yesterday in Church, I heard my pastor talked about me and my blog: Jimmy Unstoppable. That's when I realized that I have not updated it for quite a while. That's when I also decided to continue on with this blog. I set this up to remind myself that life doesn't stop just because you've retired from work. The fact is, I feel I am just starting with my journey in life and I am discovering a lot of new things out there including the net world. When I started writing on this blog, I was so nervous that I wrote my articles on paper first and let my wife edit it before posting it here. Over time, that fear of making a mistake have been erased. Today, I write directly on the blog. Today, I feel more comfortable writing from my heart. What a change! So I am going on with this blog. I will not be hindered by anything, I am unstoppable. Many thanks to my precious wife, who have been my source of encouragement on a daily basis. Thanks too for my mentor Jomar Hilario,

20 Tips for Better Living in 2012

2012. Another year has passed. Many said that 2011 went by so fast. I felt that too! But here's the thing. For those who were focused in accomplishing their goals, 2011 was fast. The reverse is true for those who were busy doing nothing. This year, my goal is to simplify my life and accomplish something. My focus will be on the things: 1. Grow in my relationship with God, 2. Family, 3. Ministry and this includes winning souls and making disciples, expanding our business reach and working with the interns at Uno Overseas. This morning I received an interesting email from a co-worker at NCR Phils., Tina Castaneda. I am posting this because am sure it will be handy if you're setting goals for 2012. It was a blessing to me and I am sure it will be to you too. You don't have to do all 20 but if you can do some which are meaningful to you, then you have made a step forward. Twenty tips for better living in the New Year:    1. Rise and pray every day: "Again
